Galen Data is seeking a Sales Development Representative to help assist with domestic and international growth for its Galen Cloud platform, to help enable medical device data being transferred, stored, and processed in the cloud. This is an exciting position working with a cross-functional team reporting directly to the executive suite.

Day-To-Day: 

  • Grow pipeline by executing on marketing qualified leads, prospecting, and outbound activities  
  • Generate qualified opportunities through outbound sales process using social, email, targeted call campaigns. Leverage Sales Navigator, lead lists, contact and calling software solutions.  
  • Execute on marketing-qualified leads and prospect in existing accounts and new logos 
  • Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and qualification. 
  • Communicate general product information to prospects, we can teach you all about our cloud-based, medical device IoT solution.  
  • Qualify and respond to inbound inquiries to assess prospects for sales team follow-up 
  • Research target accounts to prioritize account-based outreach 
  • Help find start-ups in the medical device industry; help execute our strategy on mid-tier, enterprise, and international accounts.  
  • Accurately record activities (calls, emails, demos) of leads within CRM solution. Goals are oriented towards results vs. call metrics.  
  • Assist in the execution of campaigns, promotion of conferences, webinars within your territory

Locations: 

  • Job can be performed fully remote or hybrid. 
  • Preferred locations are (but not limited to) Houston, Austin, Dallas, Boston, Cambridge, Minneapolis-St. Paul, CA, IN, and FL. 
  • Also expanding internationally into UK, Europe, Israel and Australia-New Zealand
