Galen Data is seeking a sales professional to help assist with domestic and international growth for its Galen Cloud platform, to help enable medical device data being transferred, stored, and processed in the cloud. This is a high-profile position working with a cross-functional team reporting directly to the executive suite.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process prospects through the sales funnel
  • Contact customers via social media tools, e-mail, and support initial phone calls assisted by the technical team
  • Follow up with marketing leads, update prospect information, track and log all contacts as outlined by monthly sales objectives
  • Communicate with the sales and executive team on a regular basis
  • Make contributions and improvements to the sales process
  • Contribute to the growth of medical device innovation by supporting mission critical software

Qualifications:

  • Sales experience in the medical device industry (preferred)
  • Sales experience with SaaS (Software as a Service) platforms (preferred)
  • Eager to work in a dynamic, startup environment
  • Must be flexible, a self-starter, proactive, and be able to work independently
  • Support discovery and follow-up video/phone calls
  • College degree or equivalent experience

Schedule:

  • Normal business hours
  • Monday to Friday
  • Very flexible hours, able to work remotely
